​President/Board Member - Jessica Hoffman
​
Jessica Hoffman is the founder of Ellis County Little Ways of Charity. She grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been married to her husband, Andrew, for almost 21 years. She has 5 children and has lived in Waxahachie, TX for 13 years.
Jessica is very compassionate for others and loves to help people. She felt God calling her to feed the hungry but didn’t know how to do that around the needs of her family. God continued to prompt her so she started a Facebook group and her own “porch” ministry which she has run out of her home for the last 2 years. In 2019, she stepped forward and made Ellis County Little Ways of Charity an official non-profit along with a few friends who have become like family. Jessica believes in family first and can frequently be found reading, storm chasing, or spending time with those closest to her.
​Secretary/Board Member - Jammie Maitland

Jammie is a Navy mom who has 6 kids and has been married to her husband Brian for 17 years. She runs her own nonprofit, called Team Brianna, which is named for her youngest daughter who has epilepsy. Jammie is a pure Texas native having grown up in Mt. Pleasant, living in Red Oak for 15 years and Waxahachie for 2 years.
​Donation Coordinator/Board Member - Erica Nicole

Erica is a native Texan who was born and raised in Waxahachie. She is married, has 2 small girls, and currently resides in Midlothian. Erica has a diverse skillset having worked in customer service, HR, and a Tarrant County law firm. Erica now finds herself as a stay-at-home-home and is excited to be joining Ellis County Little Ways of Charity as a donation coordinator and board member.
