Food Pantry 2020
The Coronavirus pandemic hit many Ellis Country families pretty hard. As a result our food pantry activity saw a marked increase in use. Our small porch food pantry gave out over 2 TONS of food in 2020 (approximately 4,026 lbs). A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated food this year!
Christmas 2020 Angel Tree
Our Christmas Angel Tree grew by a whopping 48% from last year! Christmas gifts for 144 children were collected and given out between October and December, 2020. Thank you to the generous folks who participated in this yearly event. Our families were super thankful and we couldn't have done it with out a lot of community support!
In 2020, Ellis County Little Ways of Charity helped 580 unique individuals/families with clothing, food, and household goods at no cost to them. We are very thankful for the help and support of the entire community.
